Tri-ang 216 Rocket Launching Wagon With Rocket (V.Good In V.Good Box )

This launching wagon is in very good condition and the box is equally as good which is remarkable as this dates from 1958. One end flap has been re-attached and two inner flaps replaced .

 The launcher has a small patch of missing yellow paint and the red rubber tip to the rocket is partly perished as rubber does but is complete and unbroken . The rocket is silver which is quite rare as all later versions were red . There is only one bolster on the wagon which is probably correct , if two were fitted it would be very difficult to fire the trigger ( later isues did not have any fitted ) a number 7 is missing from the numbering otherwise the bogie wagon is perfect .

The packing rings that protected the couplings at each end are missing but are easily replaced . . This is an early variation of the wagon with the old style Tri-ang couplings fitted . This has obviously been kept in a dry heated environment all its life

There is a Canadian name and address on a lable underneath the wagon so if it could speak it would be able to tell quite a story of its history ! .

;Now for the terms :- All items I list are to the best and most honest description I can give but a full refund will be given if buyer feels that it has been wrongly described and gives me reason that they think it was a miss description this would also include postage but item must arrive back to me in the same condition as it was sent. If an item is purchased and is not exactly what the purchaser required again a full refund will be given but the return postage would be at the purchasers own cost.
